Returns, Replacements or damages.

  • Returns

    Go to contact page. Send us an email if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and let us know if there is anything we can do to help! If you absolutely hate it and want to return it you can. It just has to be within 7 days of receiving and completely undamaged when we get it back. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. If damaged upon return to MUGWORTS you will not receive a refund (so pack it good!).

  • Exchanges

    Exchanges can only be done in person. Mugworts is located in the Grand Rapids area. There will be no guarantees what you want is still available. Check the website and keep your fingers crossed that what you want is still available when you get here and we can trade!

  • Something Broken?

    Don’t panic, ceramics are fragile. If you received a broken item due to rough handling during shipping we can send you a new piece if there is a replacement available. If this is not possible we will add you to a list and send you a new piece as soon as they are ready!

    When reaching out please attach images of the broken item so we can asses the damage and decide how to more forward.

    Damaged merchandise inside the box displayed as it arrived to you.

  • Shipping with more than one item

    If we are able to fit all of your purchases in one box, we will. We will issue a refund on partial shipping cost for multiple orders. Sometimes, pieces need to be kept separate to protect them during shipping. If you have questions about this, please reach out.

  • random bits

    Shipping seems like a lot…because it is. Ceramics are heavy and it costs a lot to ship. Not to mention its a pandemic and the postal service is overworked. Sorry.

    We are working toward being the most Eco-friendly we can possibly manage with our packaging. The peanuts are biodegradable so just run some warm water over them and they will dissolve.

    Do we ship outside the US?

    Nope, not at the moment but a girl can dream.
